Many of the messages we receive are already answered somewhere on the site. Checking first usually gets you a result faster than waiting on a reply:
- Install problems, Play Protect warnings and the "App not installed" error are covered in the install guide.
- Version numbers, file size and device requirements are listed in the app information table.
- Android TV, PC and iOS questions are answered in the FAQ.
What we can help with
- Broken or slow downloads. Tell us which browser and Android version you are on, and we will check the file host.
- Out-of-date information. If a new version has shipped and this page still shows the old one, let us know.
- Corrections. Spotted something inaccurate in our write-up? We would rather fix it than leave it.

What we cannot help with
We are an independent download page, not the app's development team.
